Reception Directions
Cocktail hour begins in the Rogel Ballroom at 5:45pm and is followed by the reception at 6:45pm. Complimentary parking is available immediately after the ceremony in the Thompson Street Parking Structure. Please follow the instructions below to get from the Thompson Structure to the Rogel Ballroom. For ideas of things to do between the ceremony and cocktail hour, see the section - Things To Do.
Thompson Structure: Entrance
Enter the Thompson Parking structure off of Thompson St. Please ignore the signage that states a permit is required. The gates will be up, and parking is complimentary.

Proceed to the 2nd level (or higher) of the structure to park. Most 1st level spots are reserved, as indicated by a sign in front of the spot.

Park at any open spot without restrictive signage.
Thompson Structure: Alley Exit
Upon exiting the garage from the stairwell, walk east toward Thompson St. If you see campus buildings, you're headed in the correct direction. If you see residential homes, it's likely that you're heading west toward S Division St and need to turn around.
Thompson Structure: Vehicle Entrance/Exit
Alternatively, it's also possible to exit the Thompson Structure the same way you entered.

Look for and walk toward The Cube.

When standing by The Cube, the entrance to the Michigan Union can be seen to the right and is circled in red.
Drop-off Loop
There is a drop-off loop by the entrance to the Michigan Union that is available for use.

Enter the Michigan Union through the north doors that were previously circled.
Michigan Union: Stairs/Elevator
You will enter the Michigan Union on the Ground Floor. The stairs or elevators can be taken up to Floor 2. Continue straight for the elevator, or turn right for the stairs.

The elevators are directly ahead and past the blue ATM. Take the elevators to Floor 2.

Upon exiting the stairs or elevator, follow the posted signage to the Rogel Ballroom.
